The Transitional Housing Program provides homeless men with stable, and safe living accommodations.  The THP provides services to help these men develop the skills necessary to move to independence and life as healthy, productive adults.  The program also helps residents improve basic life and interpersonal skills, assist with job preparation, and ensure their physical and mental health care needs are met.

Who is eligible for this program?

To qualify for this program, you must be between the ages of 18-85 and must be either homeless, live in a shelter and have a referral from the Department of Human Services or the Department of Health.
